The Black Excellence Gala is our annual flagship celebration. It is the night the whole community comes together, dressed in our finest, to recognize the work, the wins, and the people who carry the mission forward. Part awards, part reunion, part pure joy, the Gala is where a year of effort becomes an evening of honor. It has grown from a small soiree into a signature event that has drawn more than a thousand across its years.

Why It Matters
